Why won't my order go through?

If you're redirected back to the payment page, it's usually due to:

  1. Billing address doesn't match your credit card on file
  2. Incorrect credit card number, expiration date, or CVV

How to fix:

  • Verify your billing address matches exactly what's on file with your card issuer
  • Double-check your card number, expiration, and CVV
  • Call your card issuer if you've recently moved

Important: Don't try more than 3 times in one day - it may trigger a security hold on your card.

How do I find items?

What happens after I place an order?
  1. Your card is charged immediately
  2. Order enters "Processing" status
  3. Most items ship within 24 hours (see product page for details)
  4. Receive shipment confirmation email with tracking

Backordered items: We'll notify you and ship ASAP when available.

Can you engrave items?

Yes! Engraving options appear on eligible product pages above the "Add to Cart" button.

Note: Not all items can be engraved, but most can if you are unsure send us an email with the product page link.

How do I place an order?

  2. Click "Add to Cart"
  3. Review cart and click "Checkout"
  4. Enter shipping address
  5. Enter payment information
  6. Review order and confirm

Complete! You'll receive a confirmation email within 5-15 minutes.

Can you rush my order?

Ship times are displayed on each product page. Faster shipping methods get your package to you quicker after it ships, but don't speed up processing.

Personalized items cannot ship faster than listed.

How do I return or exchange an item?

What if my item arrives broken?

Report damage within 15 days for a free replacement.

What if items are missing from my order?

Create an RMA ticket on our Returns page. We'll send your missing items ASAP!

Can I return Final Clearance items?

No - Final Clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
