Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Normally should take about 5 Business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process, and any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. A replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
