Great product! Beautiful gift. Just as described

Just as described looks good

We bought this decanter for my dad a few years ago but it broke on Christmas day. I immediately got with the seller to replace it and was incredibly impressed with the speed with which a replacement decanter was made and shipped out, and my dad loves it! Huge huge thank you for the amazing service and easy process, will definitely be buying again!

I love it!! Wooden box is very sturdy and of good quality. Etchings look great. Item is honestly beyond my expectations. Thank you!!!

This was a gift and they liked it.

Amazing! It looks so great and would order this time and time again. Thank you for such excellent craftmanship and customer service!!

Order process was seamless. Customer svc was great! Product turned out awesome and arrived promptly. Thanks!

This items looks beautiful and is perfect for our needs.

Excellent! Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of this product.

Perfect gift presented in a beautiful box

This item was way better than expected. I never bought anything like this before and I am sure glad I did. It turned out wonderful and I am very happy with it.

I ordered the decanter and whiskey glass set for my husband for Christmas. It shipped quickly and was packed very securely. The wooden box is very cool and the etched glass of the items is beautiful. My husband loves it!

It was a really pleasant experience.

Great quality. Highly recommend this product

Was even more beautiful in person. Unfortunately the item was not able to arrive in the time needed, even though it said it should arrive by then, due to a delay with the postal service I believe (got a notice after buying it from Etsy). I worked with the company, and they helped me come up with a solution.

The process was simple and fast! It was only a couple hours between placing the order, submitting my design, and receiving a proof! I received the glasses quickly and well-packaged. They are beautiful and even better than I had hoped! Love them!

This is the perfect gift. I am so in love with it. You guys killed it. It’s perfect. I can’t wait to for Christmas. 1000 out of 10!

I’m sure the item is fine. I won’t be able to see it until it’s opened at Christmas. I kind of thought the extra engraving fee was a little much and I also thought the communication with the seller was lacking in appreciativeness as there was no thank you. Shipping was fast and prompt.

I bought this for my dad for his birthday to add to his bar collection. It exceeded our expectations and turned out amazing! The family crest was exact and perfect!

Sent pictures before doing anything and quality is amazing

Very responsive to the requests.
